The bad setups would require much wider stops, and even then they would either be losers or scratch trades at best. Based on this info, I just stick with a 2-pt max stop-loss; sometimes even as little as 4-6 ticks, depending on the setup. <br /><br />This forces me to be patient with my entries and enter at KEY levels. Initiating trades at/around key levels derived from my nightly homework is one of the most important aspects to my trading.
